Sunday, February 21, 2016

2014 KCS Educational Symposium
is set for
Saturday and Sunday, September 13 and 14, 2014
Crowne Plaza, Louisville.

Saturday Guest Speaker:
Bill Esteb - The Master of Chiropractic Marketing

For the last 33 years Mr. William D. Esteb has been a chiropractic patient and advocate, creating patient communication tools and patient-centric procedures used in the busiest chiropractic practices around the world. In those three decades he has been under the care of nine different chiropractors, published 10 books about his experiences, written over 800 blog posts and traveled over 1.8 million miles sharing his unique perspective with chiropractic audiences. Engaging, humorous and thought provoking, you will never look at your practice or patients the same way again.

What Participants Will Take Home

  • Why the precare consultation holds greater promise than your report of findings.
    • Learn how to proudly explain the difference between medical treatment and chiropractic care.
      • Install simple "pattern interruptions" that provoke critical thinking and prompt better patient questions.
        • How to establish clearer boundaries, reducing frustration and burnout.
          • Understand the three types of "caring" and avoid attachment to outcomes you can't control.
            • Discover ways to neutralize common new patient misconceptions and set the stage for a long-term relationship.
              • Take home a step-by-step checklist for optimum first- and second-visit patient communications.

The Disruptive Patient Communications program is designed to produce your own epiphanies and inspire you to reinvent your practice for greater ease and to adapt to the changing practice landscape.
